Returns

Things to Know:

- Items purchased at TheNativeSummit.com may be returned for up to 30 days after the original delivery date. 

- Items purchased online may also be returned at our retail location at 100 N. Broadway in downtown Edmond, Oklahoma.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags on. 

- For safety and health reasons, climbing gear, underwear and the Reusable Face Mask cannot be returned.

- Sale items are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Once the item is received, our team will inspect it. If the item is in its original condition, we will initiate a refund.

- If an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery or is not in its original condition, we will contact you to arrange shipping the item back to you at your cost. We sell new items only and have no means of selling used gear.

- Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment.

- Refunds for qualifying items will be issued within 2 business days upon delivery of the item to our store. Further processing time will depend on your banking institution.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Flat rate $6.95 shipping costs will not be refunded.
