The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our goal is to ship product within 1 business day. However, at times, products may ship within 2 business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our business to the destination. Orders are shipped by best available method and, for most locations, will take 2-5 business days to arrive at their destination. However, at times, this can take longer due to unforeseen delays from the shipping provider.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Native Summit is NOT responsible for:
• Products that are lost or damaged in the mail.
• Products marked delivered by the Post Office or UPS.
The US Postal Service or UPS is responsible for the item once we ship your package. For the fastest and most accurate resolution, you will need to contact the carrier directly to investigate any issues. The quickest way to do this is online:
